Rename article

[edit]

This article should probably be renamed as the project the government has now financed and signed-off is between Tangier and Casablanca.Olyus (talk) 20:51, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Triggered by \brailway-technology\.com\b on the local blacklist

Resolved This issue has been resolved, and I have therefore removed the tag, if not already done. No further action is necessary.—cyberbot II NotifyOnline 21:30, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Routemap

[edit]

I did a simple routemap but I can't get it to fit the width of the infobox correctly. If someone wants to fix it properly, please do

@LaserLegs: Nice! Can you make it a template? I think it will fit correctly if you make it a template. إيان (talk) 14:56, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Article name

[edit]

@Jcornelius: Let's discuss the article title here. The article is broader than the rail line exclusively, though it needs some clean-up. إيان (talk) 14:25, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@إيان:: Alright. My intention was to make clear that there a several things mixed up in this article, and I think the title Al-Boraq doesn't cover it well. There is:
  • The history of high speed railway in Morocco in general
  • The high speed railway line between Tangier and Kénitra
  • The high speed railway services called Al-Boraq.
I think, all of them need different articles because these are separate topics. This article here mainly covers the high speed railway line between Tangier and Kénitra, that's why I'd suggest to move it to a more fitting title. Best regards, --Jcornelius (talk) 00:05, 5 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@إيان:: I feel you and I agree that eventually there should be individual articles for these topics, but until such time, Al-Boraq is the official name given by Mohammed VI of Morocco to the high-speed project in general, and it's by far the most common name, as is covered in this official communiqué. Best regards. إيان (talk) 01:03, 5 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
